Neha A. Patel, Vice-President

Neha A. Patel


Neha obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and has a law degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. She has worked continuously in the investment industry since 2006, performing a range of client service, compliance and administrative functions.


Neha has a wide range of investment and financial industry experience. Prior to joining IPEX, Neha was a Financial Planner with a boutique wealth management firm and at one time served as the firm’s Director of Operations. With her financial planning background, she has extensive experience with trusts and estates. Early in her career, Neha was an analyst with the Treasury Management team at a global bank in Dallas, Texas, where she primarily worked with cash flow planning and funding of the bank’s subsidiaries and corporate accounts. As a consequence, she has acquired extensive experience in the cash management and financial services world that has helped her when working with complex transactions.


Neha’s primary responsibilities are threefold: client servicing, SEC compliance and overseeing office operations. With respect to client servicing, Neha is the IPEX representative principally charged with handling all telephone contacts with clients as well as their custodians. On a routine basis, Neha addresses both administrative and investment issues that impact client accounts, and attends selected client meetings. In overseeing office operations, Neha coordinates workflow and communication among staff, and ensures that work conforms to the firm’s quality standards. In her capacity as Chief Compliance Officer, Neha coordinates all aspects of the firm’s compliance program including maintaining the ADV and the procedures manual.
